Another rookie question ...

 

In the Hud I see this +1, which changes, from positive to negative, and I don't really know what it means ... I've looked for something in the manual, but I haven't found anything.

If it is on the left side of the HUD and it has a "G" next to it, it is the current G your aiplane is experiencing.

 

A picture would help us understand what you are talking about though.

The green circle is around the +3, that is not a G readout. It instead looks more like the elevation readout from your JHMCS, ie looking 3 degrees above horizontal. But the DAC is missing, so I'm not convinced its that. Its definitely not the G though, that is shown as 2.0 next to the 'G' in the bottom left of the HUD in this image.

I see that you have the HMD on (from the knob on the bottom right). When you look straight down the HUD with the HMD on, the HMD symbology is removed and only the elevation above the horizon is retained.
