Rearm before cold start breaks rocket CCIP

If player or client starts up with the payload as-is, the CCIP works normally for rockets. If the player or client rearms and chooses a different payload, or even the same payload, prior to start up, the CCIP for rockets will be caged to the manual site. Gun CCIP still works normally. Rearming on a runway start does not break CCIP. I have not tested ramp hot start. See tracks:

 

CCIP_GO:

Preset payload of 4xS8OFP pods, 4xATGMs. Start up, turn on weapons, note the rocket CCIP pipper falls to the bottom of reflector glass as it should.

 

CCIP_INOP:

Prior to startup, request rearm and select the same preset payload of 4xS8OFP pods, 4xATGMs. Start up, turn on weapons, note the rocket CCIP pipper is caged to the manual site. Note fixed gun CCIP pipper falls to the bottom of reflector glass as it should.

 

A bit of a nuisance for online play. If the mission creator gives you an empty chopper, you're stuck with manual aiming of the rockets.
