ddc196 Posted July 6, 2021 Posted July 6, 2021 Not a bug but I think it will be an issue in the future. With the new Marianas map and the new possibility of WW2 aircraft carrier type engagements in the future, I think it's time for the AN/ARA-8 to be simulated. There's a lot of water out there. 2 Intel i9-14900KF - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 - 64GB 3200 - Win 11 - 4 TB SSD (game drive) - Quest 3.
Recoil16 Posted July 6, 2021 Posted July 6, 2021 I would recommend that you take this to the P-51 subforum (or maybe a mod can move it over there). This is a) not a bug and b) not really a Marianas matter. Everybody said: "That's impossible!" Then someone came along who didn't know that and just did it. ddc196 Posted July 7, 2021 Author Posted July 7, 2021 I'm going to argue that this is exactly where this belongs. It does not just effect the Mustang but any other WW2 aircraft that has a similar capability. This map is what is causing me to think it's time to get the homing capability simulated, in whatever aircraft has the option. 1 Intel i9-14900KF - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 - 64GB 3200 - Win 11 - 4 TB SSD (game drive) - Quest 3.
ED Team NineLine Posted July 10, 2021 ED Team Posted July 10, 2021 This is being looked at with proper WWII navigation equipment support, but indeed not a Marianas issue. Thanks. Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**
