Some WIP Screen shots of my little project to make lock on look more like western Europe rather than eastern.

I know that some fields and stuff doesn't look perfectly alligned, but this is a WIP collection of screen shots + its hard or nearly impossible to match up all the custom textures due you that lock on loads the textures randomly all over the place.

ie if i would igne them up at one place, 2 km down the road they wouldent be alligned.

is that a mirage F1?

 

how did you get it into the game? Ive only seen a Mirage III or 2000 in teh game and its not flyable. Is that one flyable?

Its from the ada mod, and yes its flyable;) In my oppinion one of the best mods for lockon:)

Excuse my ignorance but Im quite new.

 

Does it have new flight characteristics that are accurate to the Mirage F1? Or is just new geometry slapped onto an f-15 or Mig flight model?

 

And does it have a Mirage cockpit?

 

And why the mirage F1? The Mirage 3 or 2000 is more of a dogfighter than the F1 if I remember correctly.

http://www.lockonfiles.com and you will find the ada mod there. all the french planes except for mirage IV has pimped out cockpits. So you have both modern Mirage 2000 cockpit and older mirage 2000 cockpit and mirage F1 cockpit. I usually fly mirage 2000, but at that very moment i felt like flying the nice sleek speedbird :D

scottysonfire it works with flaming cliffs 1.12B i never used anotehr version. Dont know about standard lock on, now lets please keep it on topic ;)

haha now actually all ground textures come from england . but msot of western europe looks like this
