Refueling Bug Fixes?

I'm curious if they are getting anywhere with the AI refueling bugs, of planes ramming the back of the tanker instead of going for the refueling probe, and infinite refueling of AI planes. They just can't get enough.

 

I'm also curious if they are fixing the report contacts issue where AI won't obey the mission editor order to limit contact reporting, thus report "Peasant with a rifle" five hundred times.

How about the other refueling bugs besides the "2nd AC crashes into the tanker" issue in 2.7.4.9847 ?

AC won't refuel on tankers that follow other AC (worked in 2.6)

AC get stuck on the boom forever

AC will only refuel on tanker 1 in flight of four KC-135

Any improvement in AI refueling behavior would be great... Right now in my Liberation campaign they systematically reply "unable" or "negative" whenever I order them to got to tanker, even when the tanker is right in front of us...
