reported AI wingman doesn't want to shoot in the crosswind

Hi devs,

 

i found out, that KA-50 wingman does not want to shoot missiles in the crosswind. He is aiming and aiming and nothing. You can see this in my simple test mission. When you remove wind, he will launch missiles like mad man.

Reproduced and reported.

I replaced the Ka-50 unit by a Mi-24P: the Hind shoots its missiles without any problem.
