T-Shaped Steering Cue (HUD)´Help

How to show the T-Shaped Steering Cue in the HUD?

I only see it on the VDI with the camera but not on the HUD.

Switch to air to air hud mode.

I have A/A mode, Master arm on,  missile is selected and Target is in STT lock.

Select PH, switch to TWS, allow the WCS to build a track and assign it a priority 1 ... you should now see a T in the HUD.

The thing is I need it for the AIM 7. And it would be best to get it over the PAL mode -> STT.

Make sure the TCS isn’t tracking in STT. The TCS cross and the T can’t be displayed at the same time. 
 

Play around with the TCS Slave modes in Rio pit to disable the TCS behaviour in STT.

TCS= Target Camera System?

Nearly, Television Camera System. 

 

Nope, not in Jester MP. Although having a slaved TCS is actually far more useful than a T symbol in the HUD. It’s already on the VDI.
