I have 9 waypoints set up. Flying coupled autopilot, waypoint sequenced auto.

 

The plane flies through WP 1 to 7 just fine, but when it gets to WP 8 it go to WP3. Then flies 3 to 8, then 4 to 8, then 5 to 8. Until it has gone full circle (7 to 8), then it finally flies to WP 9.
