Looking for a Simpit (UK)

Hello,

So Im looking to get a cheap but sturdy Simpit i can use in VR so it  doesn't need to be too fancy, I've had a look at monstertech but they are way too expensive, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions of other companies that do rigs and thoughts on the rigs. if possible looking to have my joystick centre mounted, and dont need to worry about monitor mounts.

I'd say some lumber and plywood from your local hardware store is the way to go. Far cheaper and infinitely customizable.

Plywood and some plastic pipe will create a nice VR pit (in VR you will not notice the wood and plastic )

I used some 3*3 fence posts, a saw and copious amounts of screws to build what appears to be a pretty damn solid frame.  Then I dropped a s/h MX5 seat onto the frame.  Jobs a good un'.  Rough cost, about £60 all in.

cheapest route is DIY but will still cost you plenty money.   A few guys have done 3D printed pits but you obvioulsy still have costs for the printer/ plastic / switches /controllers etc.
