In multiplayer, if the date in UTC timezone is different from the date in local timezone, the datalink doesn't work between aircraft.

In the tracks linked, the game start at 23h57 Zulu. You can see that the datalink beetween the 2 F-16 doesn't work or stop working after 10 seconds. There is no blue circle. After 3 minutes the current date changes in zulu timezone, and the datalink work.

I could reproduce this on Marianas map (UTC+10). After I set time to 11h local the DL starts working. Thanks man for your finding. I waited so long for working DL on Marianas and it was just the time of day...

Same here.  Our squadron hasn't used the Marianas map hardly at all due to this bug that you've found an excellent workaround for, and the not so great performance of the map in general.  Thx a bunch.

This really stupid bug is still in the sim. On maps like Persian Gulf that means that Datalink between own flight is broken during night hours. Super annoying. Please make this fix a priority.
