reported Both 190s: Starter Handle Pull Animation Broken

As in the title.  For both the A8 and D9, the starter handle does not animate the popped-up position to start the engine.  Though the function and mouse-click work fine, the animation of the action in the cockpit is broken, and the starter handle stays in the neutral position when right clicked.
