 is there any way to change the cbu-97 ba height like whit the cbu-105

97s are set on the ground. You can change what the airplane thinks the BA is on the SMS CNTL format but the weapon is unchanged. I don't think the CNTL page is modeled yet.

There is no data connection between airplane and weapon.

Hopefully they'll add the ability to change it when on the ground and the engine is off via the F-16 kneeboard, like the GBU laser codes.

so will they give the ability to change ba because 1500feet is very ineffective normally i was using like 700 or 900 feet in the a-10c

CBU-97 is ineffective because the CCIP and CCRP aiming are broken. I used these bombs a lot before the October patch and they were great.

The dispensers stretch out like 300ft, then pop up and do their thing.

not practical and it don't fix the bug that have ben reported , also other aircraft are able to use ground crew to change laser code so no reason f-16 get similar feature

This seems to be fixed now. I dropped 2 CBU97s last night using CCIP and they both were on target.
