GIBs assemble! Enjoy a few candid shots of the WSO's cockpit. There's nothing as fun as the rear, cozy cockpit of the F-4, with basically.. no forward visibility. Thanks McDonnell. Flying with a friend in VR? Beware of the vomit comet.

The rear seat of the F-4 contains all of the controls and displays associated with the mighty APQ-120 radar. The WSO is also responsible for operating the Pave Spike TGP, as well as just being a general help and useful set of eyes for the pilot. You can of course fly the F-4 from the rear seat too; and WSOs would often fly the aircraft, and even assist rolling onto e.g. a bandit during a dogfight.  

Multicrew synchronization in our new next generation framework has been a key design goal of the last few years, and we're working hard to ensure all systems, instruments and the radar are well synchronized between both crew members in multiplayer.

Just like the pilots' cockpit, we've tried to push as much detail in sculpting and texturing as our time and budget allows, and we hope you'll enjoy experiencing the F-4 from the back.

Livelli assurdi.. Se penso che ho 48 anni ed ho iniziato il percorso dei simulatori di volo quando ho fatto la cresima con l'F/A-18 Interceptor per l'amiga 500, senza l'espansione della memoria..

Quanto invidio i ragazzi di oggi che hanno 15-16 anni e iniziano da questo livello.

Non oso pensare cosa vedranno loro..

Poi uno dice che la gente si lamenta a caso o fa il bastian contrario per partito preso...

Vedi mò che quando uno sviluppatore lavora bene si prende gli elogi anche dagli utenti più critici.

Se proprio si volesse trovare una critica da fare a heatblur, mi viene da dire il fatto che il Viggen - dopo tutti questi anni e altri 3 moduli nuovi annunciati a seguire - f-14, f-4 ed eurofighter - sia ancora in accesso anticipato. Certo se i moduli in accesso anticipato escono come è uscito l'f-14b e non come è uscito l'f-16 (tanto per fare un esempio), ben vengano i moduli in accesso anticipato, alla fine si tratta di una dicitura convenzionale, e se mantenere l'etichetta accesso anticipato significa dire "tranquilli, non abbiamo ancora finito di aggiungere roba", meglio un accesso anticipato come il Viggen che un modulo released come l'av-8b.
