nope

even with datalink,iff,tacan turned off and shooting down the awacs I get pinpoint accurate position with radar in silenced and standby mode for a few seconds

only if radar is completely turned off, it behaves as expected

Yeah the radar trackfiles should continue to extrapolate and go into memory, flash, and eventually disappear. The whole point of memory is to let you know the trackfile has not been observed in a while, and is going to delete soon. Yet it is still being extrapolated - off of the radar's memory.
