noah895 Posted December 29, 2021 Posted December 29, 2021 When you select 38.6MHz on the FM radio to home in at Anderson, the gauge does not work. Is there not an actual FM radio beacon for Anderson?
Reflected Posted December 29, 2021 Posted December 29, 2021 (edited) There isn't one I think. 38.6 is the built-in, hard coded freq. Maybe if you contact them on the FM, then while they are transmitting their reply you can home in on the transmission. Remember FM homing doesn't follow frequencies, but transmissions. paulw10 Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 I have the same question - how to navigate back to Anderson? At the moment all I do is fly VFR generally in a NE direction. Some conditions are a little IFR/IMC.
