Boosterdog Posted December 30, 2021 Posted December 30, 2021 (edited) Currently we have 7 preset options to choose from, 4 of which are pre-defined and 3 custom. We also have a number of maps with wide variances that require different optimizations to run them well. Additionally we have seaborne and landbased missions which, arguably have different requirments in terms of water textures and finally we have helos which, again arguably, can benefit in low down performance, from decreased visibility ranges. Id like to see the following: Ability for user to NAME each preset as desired to better allow quick recognition of what does what Abilty for user to edit and rename default presets (Low, Med, High and VR) to their own preferences to increase number of presets available. "restore default" button for the 4 default presets. Happy New Year. upyr1 Posted December 31, 2021 Posted December 31, 2021 More presets would be nice, but I think it would be nicer to have a built in utility that autoconfigured the graphics after running some benchmarks 1
SmeagleGoneWild Posted February 27, 2022 Posted February 27, 2022 I tend to forget what the custom ones are for lol. So being able to name them would be nice. Your suggestions are on point! Ryzen 7 5800x w/ PBO on, RTX 3070ti w/ OC, 32 GB RAM @3000 | Quest 2, Virpil Joystick, Throttle, and Rudder
Screenchecker Posted January 7, 2024 Posted January 7, 2024 upvoting for this! Please bring us this very helpful feature. It's maybe fairly easy to implement since the preset label could just be part of the saved preset array?
