No, I'm not going to exclude pre-planned targets, because that's probably the #1 reason you'd need to do that, unless navigation steerpoints were left undefined in a SP mission. What about waypoints for say, the SLAM-ER? Or the Harpoon? Or heck, any waypoint/steerpoint that isn't a flight plan steerpoint? And a mission planner and DTC system isn't just useful for waypoints/steerpoints, what about weapon profiles and settings? Countermeasure profiles? HARM tables? Default MFD pages? Heck, if you jump into the other, F-16 orientated sim, that has both DTC implementation and a mission planner to configure it, it's quite plain to see how useful it would be in single player, as well as multiplayer. Now you could say that all of these should be defined by the mission editor, and I think I'd mostly agree with you, but personally, I would like the option to edit these settings in single player (especially seeing as single player is the only mode where the mission planner is available at present), though there should be an option to enforce settings set by the mission editor, (for example, in training missions). 104th_Crunch Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 There is an app that lets you select a point on the map and create steerpoints in the F-16. Can't locate it right now, but it was recently linked here. Maybe someone can link it again.

Shrike88 Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 Workaround in the meantime however it works and I hope to see more functionality like TOS, OA1/2, VIP and VRP Implementation. Works great and has saved me hours on hours the last year. As we probably wont see a PROPER DTC as well as a mission planning computer with card load setup for DCS and the F-16 in the foreseeable 10 years. As always its loaded onto a thriving mod and 3rd party community to carry the weight. If only ED was more open and friendly to the content creators. 1
