Toumal Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 Hi, I have a problem when adding more than one tanker to the same coalition: Only one of them appears in the comms menu! I gave both tankers different frequencies and TACAN channels, but still I only see the last added tanker. Is there a trick here somewhere, or are multiple tankers on one coalition just not supported?

IDK, creating a mission with just 3 tankers show all of them in radio comms...
Frederf Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 Only tankers which are currently participating in the tanker task show up in the menu. It's possible for a KC-135 to be flying around which is not a tanker because it's not doing that job at that moment.
Toumal Posted March 1, 2022 Author Posted March 1, 2022 Weird, this is what I end up with: On a smaller test mission it looks like it did for you...
Toumal Posted March 1, 2022 Author Posted March 1, 2022 Problem found! You *have* to have the en-route task "tanker" set for both on the first waypoint (just the general task is not enough), and the task needs to be the first. If you have it at the bottom etc. it won't work.
Grimes Posted March 2, 2022 Posted March 2, 2022 Order shouldn't matter as long as the task executes. And yeah the task that is listed right below the country value is more of a "role" and about all it does is limit the available tasks actually available to that group based on the role. The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
