Viper Cold Start

You can use the Autostart option.

No, it's not possible.

You can if you have all those switchs bond to the swithces and/or knobs on a flight sim panel or something like that. As long they are bond they will work. And check the :synchronize HOTAS controls before missions starts" option in the settings. 

For example, lets say you have an F-16 simpit, you can just switch whatever switches to whatver positon you like before cold start, DCS will sync those switch positions in game.

There is a an aircraft settings editor that's WIP (part of the data-cartridge + mission planner system), that will allow you to preset the aircraft however you want (I just hope it can be made mission specific, and allow us to save profiles).
