Those aren't bandits... those are RWR indications. Three aircraft off your nose are pinging radar emissions off of your jet, but you have zero hits on them.

Like others have said your radar is looking in an odd direction. You can tell because of the altitude brackets on the TDC which read -99 -99, meaning your radar won't see anything flying higher than 99,000 ft under the surface of the Earth.

If you and the targets are at 25000 ft, then your TDC, when placed at the same range as the bandits, must read an upper number above 25000 ft and a lower number below 25000 ft.

I would recommand as well TWS instead of RWS , so you can engage them one after another (but your radar beam must be on correct elevation and azimuth as shown above)

Common misconception that TWS and RWS targeting is fundamentally different. RWS L+S 120 shot is the same as a shot from TWS man. Each can track 10 targets.
