investigating COLD START RADIOS MASTER VOLUME NOT ON MAX

During a cold start, although pointing to MAX, the radios mater volume seems to be down to zero.

No squelch sounds or ATC audio answers can be heard if kept like that.

We must rotate the master volume for it to sync and sounds to be heard.

After that radios audio seems to be fine.

This doesn't occur on a hot start, where the master volume seems to be perfectly synced and radio audio can be heard as normal.

My master volume is set minimum when I start cold. I will have someone else check also

Conflict with mods it appears. Playing 20 questions with it now to narrow down which.

@Frederf thanks I have the same issue, I made a Bug report on SRS github and linked to this threat.
