Having trouble with SAM's initial activation time

Hello,

 

I have an SA-11 SAM battery on my mission, but for the first 5 minutes of the mission time the battery is idle and does not deploy its radar. After that time lapse, the battery deploys its radar and gets operative.  I've the battery on alarm state red and roe at weapons free:

 

 

 

Is there anyway to reduce this initial activation time for the SAM battery?  I'd like for it to be fully operational at mission start.

Hi, I don't know why but on my side a quick test show the SR antenna rising up at mission start and radar is active after 1 minute (on red state) - miz attached for you to test if different on your side.
