Mission 8 inbound course for bombing ?

Hello I just flew the mission 8 unlikely unsucessfully because the person on the ground always aborted and I flew course 325 ?

If you were on the correct heading it will be because you weren't correctly over the IP, I'd set a course line from the target and follow it in, but don't call 'in on target' until directly over the river.  For info, you can still go ahead and kill the target if not cleared, you'll just get a telling off and lose mission score.

I just dropped, having eventually found the right heading and distance, but my bomb fall time was longer than the scripting allowed, so I got told off for dropping without clearance!

There should be enough time allowed for a drop from that height, did you put any loft on the bomb, just wondering if the time of flight could have been increased at all?

Yeah, I was being a scaredy cat up at 24k and kept timing out..but down at 12-15k it works perfectly.
