need track replay WHOT / BHOT CPG ISSUE

Apologies if this has been raised before, I have not been able to find anything similar or related.  
 

About 2 updates ago, whilst in CPG role and Multiplayer only,  I seem to not be able to switch from WHOT to BHOT.  My keybinds are fine and worked prior to this and still registering in controls.   I can see that when I attempt to switch between both modes it attempts to display BHOT mode but instantly switches back to the WHOT.  
 

It only does this in Multiplayer and works fine in single player.   It doesn’t make any difference in day or night time setting 
 

I have carried out file integrity checks and the last 2 updates have not resolved this.  I have deleted FXO and Metashaders and no change.  I only have aircraft mods and use Reshade only for graphical improvements.  It does it both in VR and when using a Monitor.  
 

Does anyone know where the folder for the FLIr settings is located so I can delete that and maybe then try another file integrity check?

I appreciate any help that can be put forward to resolve this problem.

It's a reported bug. Not sure if it will help, but try pressing the button fast, twice in a row.
