Dear all,

like with each patch we would kindly like to ask you for your feedback for the current patch. We hope you enjoy it.

Noteworthy is particularly the overhaul of the landing gear suspension, which leads to a vast improvement - we hope - in taxiing, take off and landing, as well as taxiing over grass (though in a limited capacity) for those of you who like to use road bases and find a necessity for it. Please find the changelog below.

As always we could not be more grateful for your continued support and your kind help to improve our modules through your excellent feedback. Thank you!

It warms my heart to read this Mike 🙂

I have most of the fighters in DCS, i have periods when i fly this or that plane but, at the end, i always come back to fly the Viggen: It has, for me, an unmatched ratio feeling of power/ realism/ pleasure 🙂

It's the small details that often create a big smile upon our faces.
This gives us the feeling that it was made with love. WHICH IS IMPORTANT!

The Viggen (and HB's implemenation of this particular aircraft) is a blast.
But not to forget the Cat, which is a blast too, just bigger ... in everything.

Hm ... what's was the name of the company? It must be ... Heatbl..ast or something, .... ? 🤪

Big thanks for your continued support for this amazing module!

I would love to see some additional visual vapor effects to this bad ass aircraft. I made a list below as a reference 🙂

like this video at 3:05

Also the water vapor effect from this wet runway landing that makes the water blow behind the engine starts at 0:31 would be cool to see

in the same video in the low level pas at 2:03 can you se the vapor effect that occur at the edge of before braking the sound barrier I would guess at 0.96/0.97 to 0.99m

Ground handling is a dream right now

Me too! Doing a high alpha aerobraking landing, without nose dropping, is what the Viggen should be doing at its best! Does this mean that we don't have to use that landing gear patch anymore?

We do plan on adding better vapor effects, etc on our modules in time, however lots of other stuff needs to be done before that. 🙂

Glad to hear that, the viggen is a truly bad ass aircraft specially with the details form you guys. Awesome job!

I guess the engine eventually will get some attention as well sense it seems to under preform and not be able to reach max speed/altitude 🙂

We can aerobrake now, Before, it was impossible. But it still does a bit of an abrupt "pitch up" effect once the rear gear touches, forcing a tail strike. Needs to master control to keep it steady now. I think, it still needs some polishing, coz Airshow videos show them aerobraking very smoothly.
