Hello Gents,

 

I'm wondering why during descent i get the amber warning caution foir ALT2 + PANNE displayed.

It means that the alternator 2 is failed but i don't know what caused it

This is because of the fuel system, it is impossible to lower the nose of the aircraft for a long time.

No, there is something else.

I got it during stable flight. See at time stamp 15:49

Yea, got the same thing after my 1st flight, descending from 35,000 down to 20,000. this was also after taking the plane to Mach 2... had decelerated to subsonic while at 35k before starting my drop down.

Alternator cools down from intake bleed, at certain speed and altitude combinations flow is insufficient, thus alternators overheat.

I don't see the right conditions in your video. I also don't see any reason for alternator failure besides overheat or a random malfunction (but those were probably off). Or a bug. Or something that in-DCS manual doesn't explain.
