fixed Spotlight mode activating even with short press of tms up (less than 0.5 of a second)

question:

in RWS long pressing TMS up in an empty space on the radar screen activates spotlight mode. the longer the press is held, the more sweeps it does.

however, even a very short press of TMS up will enter Spotlight mode. is this supposed to be like that or not?

I've also noticed the upper and lower altitude search limits don't update when you enter Spotlight mode. Although it is nice now that Spotlight places you into SAM and not STT.
