=BoB= David Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 (edited) Hi, I would like to have x-wings and TIE fighters in DCS. Considering that you invented two more pylons on the ka-50, x-wings and TIE fighters shouldn't be a problem in the future, right? Or is there a lack of informations on this? And where are your sources about two more pylons on kamov? Edited October 28, 2022 by =BoB= David 2
razo+r Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 There is or at least was a mod around that adds a lot of star wars stuff to DCS. Just google for DCS World Star Wars mod and you shall find it. 4

razo+r Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 I did get your point, even if I did not respond in the way you wanted me to respond. 3

They should be happy about that, because for reasons we will hardly see anything more modern than the Ka50 on the Red side. In the end, DCS is still a big sandbox, do what you want. the Normal Ka50 will still be there. Here is another prototype from the family: Ka-50-2 Edited October 28, 2022 by Hobel 1

Yes, DCS is sandbox, but "real simulator" aswell, so DCS should be without any fantasy machines or combination of 2 and more machines in one...

I work with professional simulations and we simulate things that don't exist all the time. Something that does not exist, but is plausible, is completely reasonable for the simulation genre. I do understand that there are cases where you'd want them separated though. Fortunately DCS gives us that ability. 1 Awaiting: DCS F-15C Win 10 i5-9600KF 4.6 GHz 64 GB RAM RTX2080Ti 11GB -- Win 7 64 i5-6600K 3.6 GHz 32 GB RAM GTX970 4GB -- A-10C, F-5E, Su-27, F-15C, F-14B, F-16C missions in User Files

Jokes aside, simulators to simulate things what dont exists is something different than "Digital Combat Simulator".
