Hey guys, A while ago I reported on discord bug of controls issue on F-16C and P47 (other topic) about rate of some controls. https://discord.com/channels/542985647502393346/1193250513689530509 Track is self-explanatory, just to be sure - I binded controls of keyboard to eliminate HOTAS etc.. Radar elevation is not able to set at specific altitude and jumps about 15k ft for 20nm and zoom level of TGP jumps for 2-3 zoom levels instead of 1. Module is unflyable for me in every situation when I need radar (which is almost every situation), and this patch did not fixed it, I demanding quick hotfix or atleast some walkaround (and no, I will not bind radar elevation on axis, other modules as far as I test it works fine). Like I said, module for 60usd is unflayable for me for two months now.. Few patchs back it works good and without such a big jumps... Thanks. f16_tgpzoom_and_rdrelev_rate_2.trk -
I already tried.. And yes, I have on my mind that issue can be with my monitor, but the thing is I've never experience anything like this with other games or applications.
-
No, I don't have chance, I don't have another monitor.
-
Yes, for testing purposes, it does not matter as well. Here is settings options.lua
-
"..also it doesn't matter what module I have and what map it's flying on." here is track. flickering.trk
-
I dont have this type of flickering and it seems it was not fixed. Atleast not for me.
-
Hi all, I'm experiencing screen flickering during twilight or dimm conditions in general (dusk or dawn). I've tried turning off G-Sync, different screen settings, different detail settings and nothing has any effect, also it doesn't matter what module I have and what map it's flying on. MT or ST also has no effect. I tried to record video, but unfortunately you can't see it in the video. Log attached below. Thank you very much! dcs.log

need track replay DL13 SLAM and SLAM-ER Crosshair Movement

Try curvature or saturation (or both) for TDC joystick axis, it really helpful. -
Hello, The distance of a valid bomb pickle does not match, the bomb falls short, see track. GBU-38 does it as well. Thank you and best regards rng_cue_bug.trk

See attachements below. Will be video somehow helpful as well? The video shows it well. flickering.trk dcs.log

Hello, I've noticed two issues with IR marker on TGP litening 1) IR marker flickering, it is know issue? Only MT, on "old" client it is without flickering 2) IR marker ignores masking by plane It is known issue? It is track needed? Thanks! Best regards

Switch SD-10 to new scheme API used by AIM-120C
=BoB= David replied to uboats's topic in JF-17 Thunder
8 people here agree that API of 120s sucks, maybe ED might start considering looking at it again, and redoing it, because that API really sucks and rather it was a step backwards in some ways... I understand that the old API was simple, couldn't simulate many functions and so on, but in the end it turned out that 120s are a joke.. And ED stopped somewhere in the middle of the rework that could have resulted in the weapon being usable and actually being comparable to what it can do in reality, at least within the declassified information and in our simulator.. -
missing evidence of error R-27ER and ET Terrible Performance
=BoB= David replied to PolarBear1606689440's topic in Weapon Bugs
That is not true, depends on type of missile, if Fox 1 is guided by CW (like some types of Aim-7), it is possible to "lock up" target again and missile will guide correctly, because missile is guided by radar reflection from target, 27s using different principle of missile guiding. -
Sorry for bashing, we discuss it via PMs. Thank you for notice and asking.

Still no response from ED, I'm "really surprised that" ED is ignoring this

reported DCS RADARs CANNOT BE SEDUCED BY CHAFFs
=BoB= David replied to GumidekCZ's topic in Weapon Bugs
Unfortunately ED has a habit of ignoring these important things, not just countermeasures, but also half-breed simulations of smarter weapons, sensor suites on modules etc.. And not only that, just for the curious, look at the years old bugs in for example BF109K-4.. and what about buggy supercarrier, effect of clouds on sensors etc., we can talk about these things for days, and the ED rarely ever responds to that.. I absolutely admire Gumidek persistence in pointing these things out, I've honestly given up. -
