Thanks.
I hope VAICOM is working on an update.

VAICOM had a single dev we've not heard from for nine months, so you shouldn't get your hopes up.
ED changed something in the core that broke it. Too bad, but what can you do.

Same here, VAICOM doesn't work anymore and it messes with the ingame COMMS menu. I didn't have to uninstall VAICOM, but had to do a DCS repair to get the COMMS menu back. Since I know that the dev been quiet for a while and everyone has been in the update loop I kinda ecpected this someday to happen. Still, makes me really sad because I can't imagine flying the Tomcat without AIRO anymore 😞 We get used to this stuff way to quick...

Had the same problem. No Comms menu. Uninstalled VIACOM PRO and repaired DCS OB. Then booted up DCS OB and all was OK until I started VA. Then no Comms menu. It appears to be VA that is causing the DCS OB menu to not work because I can start DCS OB and all is OK but when I boot up VA the DCS Comms menu then no longer works - shutting down VA without coming out of DCS OB then allows the Comms menu to show / work.

Interesting.
Did you uncomment VAICOM in export.lua?

Removed VAICOM, removed VA, did several slow repairs, still nothing.  Deleted anything that was voiceattack or VAICOM, uninstalled DCS, reinstalled, did a slow repair, still no comms menus in the air.  Any help is appreciated.

Only delete Vaicom Pro and do a slow repair.  You will be good then...VoiceAttack will work and comms menu.

What keybind are you using and what module. Remember that "\" only works on the ground, intercom.

So I have done Extensive testing and the result is 1 File causing my menu SNAFU...

It is Not VA but VAICOM and it is the RadioCommandDialogsPanel.lua file in the Script/UI folder.

I am trying to figure out what they changed in it that Killed the Menu command / ... But it is Large and alot of changes in it to search...

So I have the menu working Now but had to uncheck the VAICOM Pro in the VA Plugins tab for Now.. constantly pop up Menu was Makin me Nutz..lol

Be nice to have an option to turn off Auto Menu sooo..???

Anyway I attached my Temp working file had to make it READONLY so DCS wouldn't keep changing it for you to try maybe together we can find the Auto menu part a TEMP FIX but it works for Now..... 🙂

Oh PLEASE....Always backup your original file before replacing it with mine..GL...Let me know if this works for You.... Hope it Helps you...

Nice!  Have you tested if VAICOM works with your repaired version of the RadioCommandDialogsPanel.lua file?

Your file seems to work for me.  It gets the radio menus working, but I haven't done enough to be able to tell whether it's in auto mode.  Will do more checking tomorrow.

Thanks for working on this!

Yes I did as soon as I enabled the VAICOM PRO it started that silly Menu popup Crap so it is Def Pro causing the issue but Not sure how to fix that I still have VA working so can fly for now.

I will work on it some more tonight after work I'm whipped spent too many hrs on this Crap tonight 7+ now...lol TTYL..

ED changed something that prevents VAICOM from communicating with DCS.
Don't ask me why they would do such a thing.
A simple repair will fix the radio... file. But you must not start VA again if you haven't "removed" VAICOM.

Hello, why do we have to suffer this kind of incident, the goal I do not know, I paid all my modules in I hear that they must work without defects, I will not uninstall VA, I use it with Elite dangerous, il2 sturmovik, and others that they have never created problems with VA. for now it is DCS that I put in oblivion, and if I have to uninstall something, it will be DCS.

Relax guys! There is already a fix and VAICOM is now under general public license. Soon it might be even better than ever before:
