fixed Certain WW2 Asset pack assets visible in encyclopaedia without owning WW2 Asset pack

Certain assets from the WW2 asset pack are visible in the encyclopaedia without actually owning the asset pack. These entries are selectable and cause a black screen when selected. The following list contains all the assets I have found to have this issue, this might not be an exhaustive list.
 

Vehicles
    V-1 Launch ramp
    SL Flakscheinwerfer 37
    Mashchinensatz 33 Gen
