reported TGP MARK issue when HARM active weapon

Creating a TGP MARK when HARM is selected weapon sets the mark on the previous Waypoint instead of at the TGP point track location.
Doing the same thing when in NAV and TGP in A-G setting, the TGP MARK is set in the correct place where the TGP is in point track.
