Spino's Modern F-15 Mods

@Spino, I understand there is a conflict between the Golden Eagle and the EX mods. I just found out on my own last night. I was unable to resolve the issue. So, the assumption is of course you couldn't have the both modules installed at the same time and if you did not backup payloads and such then they would be lost. Correct?

Just wanted to let you know the work you've done on the EX is awesome and much appreciated. Just love flying that mod! I look forward to the updates.

i have been able to decouple F-15EX and F-15C GE. Both of them running side by side in my pc

Thanks man!  I based both the Golden Eagle and EX mods off the VSN F-15E, since it has a working cockpit.  So far all my efforts to remove the conflict result in the cockpit failing to show up.  I'll keep working on it.

I think I see what you did @keltu123.  Nice work!  It has some minor issues with the livery folders, but I should be able to iron those out relatively easily.  Thanks!

Not yet.  It appears to work, but it has a couple of bugs.  I'll try to squash those tonight.

Those bugs have been harder to crush than I had expected, I'm basically having to rebuild the F-15EX mod at this point just to get it working right again.  On the upside I have some great news!  I have discovered a way to potentially increase the weapons options available to the F-15EX mod with hopefully very little work!

The problem is that it messed up the keybinds for the F-15EX, and there was no way to fix them.

So is this a new(er)/updated F-15EX mod? Or, is it the "F-15CGE" you were talking about. Starting to get confused.

Downloaded the F-15C GE mod, but unfortunately the -63v3 simulation doesn't work. In fact it reverts to the old F-15C radar values it appears to me.  I picked up Flankers, hot at co-altitude around 45nm.  Scan rates etc seem the same.  Not sure what the issue is currently.

 

Edit to add: Also the AI variant doesn't employ AMRAAMs as well.

With the release of the F-15E module, I am now going to be focusing on re-building the F-15EX mod using the Razbam F-15E model as a base.  I hope to have the new EX ready to drop when my YouTube channel hits 2,000 subscribers (I'm at 1,980 at the time of writing this post).  In the meantime I can release the latest build of the F-15EX mod as it currently stands, complete with AIM-120D capability and the re-worked pylons, but it is WIP so there will be a few minor issues with the loadouts.  @Geschirre and @Awacs_bandog and anyone else who might be interested, feel free to do some F-15EX liveries on the new model!

Spino - are you saying that we are going to have to purchase Razbam's mod in order to fly the EX in the future?

I thought ED already had an AI version of the E model.
