Is there any way to remove or stop the high-level cirrus clouds from disappearing and reappearing every 3 to 5 minutes?

This is really annoying. Especially if you have selected "nothing" in the cloud settings. This gives you the desired "Clear Sky" every few minutes. This top layer is constantly faded in and out. And that with EVERY weather setting.
I have attached a few "tracks".
There I set the time acceleration to 15 times, so that you can see the effect better.

I have attached some screens. See the clock at the bottom right there.

When a mission has no clouds or preset selected, there are high altitude clouds showing on and off.  Whenever I switch from external to cockpit view, the high altitude clouds paterns change and sometimes they go away leaving a perfectly clear sky.

Is there a way to stop this random ''high clouds on/off'' behaviour?  Is it possible to have a clear sky throughout the mission?

I feel with you. Unfortunately, nobody at ED seems to be interested in this.
There have been no improvements or fixes to clouds and weather for ages.
