I was wondering if this could include MFD setup preferences (arrangement)?

In the final iteration of the DTC it should be a thing you can customise, yeah. Hopefully it will also be in one of the first implementations since it can't be edited in a file as of now and it's a very useful thing

I think its against the rules to talk about other sims ie "WDP"

This should definitely be an initial feature. You shouldn't need to setup all the pages in 5 different master modes every single time you start your aircraft.

We are trying to be a kinder and gentler mod team, especially on 1.15. If you see a feature that you like and would like to see it in DCS, we are ok with a reference like above. But it is a fine line, modeling of systems, FM etc then no. Direct comparisons again no. If you ever have any doubt, just give us a PM.
