That Web Based Mission Editor I saw in a (fake/real?) video...

Apologies if I unwittingly breach a topic that may not be welcome or sanctioned here.

I ran across some video demo of a purportedly web-based mission editor for DCS. It came out of the blue, and I don't want to talk too much about  it since I don't know about its official status. So, before I breach etiquette:

  • It this topic off-limits? If so, my apologies and please remove this post
  • Is there any official (ED) word on this?

Thanks,

-ch

Its not an official ED project, its being worked on by the community. And its real (you can find its project discord on the reddit post)
No ED word on it because they have nothing to do with it

From the discord and Reddit , it sounds like they may have a working version fairly soon, at least to get some people in for testing it out.  But I can imagine, with all the ideas and feedback they’re getting, it will probably be a while before its the mission editor of peoples dreams, so to speak. Looks promising though.

If I am reading their patreon right, alpha is now available for $15 a month.

@cfrag

Yep, that's correct.  Not fully functional yet, but more options being added regularly.

The web mission viewer is released as well

Congratulations! It looks amazing and puts, ummmm, other DCS mission editors/viewers to shame speed-wise. Just being able to view a mission while it running is worth it, being able to edit it makes it a whole new deal!

 Please keep up the great work!
