Open beta patch notes mentioned the AWACS declare function had been added. Given that bogey dope and home base can be bound, I suspect that the intention was to also add a bind for the declare function. However, there is no option to bind the command to a key. 1

This module would really benefit from being the first to have it. (imo they all should, but none as important as this one) having it bindable to a single key would be fantastic. 2

Why have them and not have the declare command? I shouldn't have to use an external program to have that functionality. 2
MAXsenna Posted January 29, 2023 Posted January 29, 2023 @Get_Lo @BiggusOh, I wholeheartedly agree!My point was merely that it seems that most 3rd parties tend to implement what ED has done with the radio menu implementations in their modules.The best solution would be to have direct keybinds for AWACS, wingman, AAR etc. and should be available in a special category in the control settings, that is handled by ED across ALL modules. I was firmly convinced that i had seen this function in the bindings. I could have sworn that i had seen it... But i can't find it anymore. Quite strange... 2
