Question about ABRIS

Hello, my question is if the Abris VNAV has any affect on the AP. If i set an altitude will the AP follow it?

no but it will show up in the Flight Director (I believe).

If you'll set barometric altimeter it will hold altitude above sea level, if you fly below 300 meters you can set radar altimeter and it will follow the ground.

The ABRIS has no effect on the autopilot. However you can use it and its cues to help you fly your flight plan.

ABRIS VNAV is for planning purpose only - the autopilot cannot use info from the ABRIS for command guidance.

I also think you can use radar altimeter above 300m (say for RALT Hold), it's just the circular gauges doesn't read above it.
