Great mod, is there a top cover template for the 412?

i would like to create one for the RCAF CH-146 Griffon

You have it on the main post with the new file of the nose.

I have this strange problem and dont know way.

 

- I select the loadout of AB-212 cutter

- payload off

- select liveriys

but all the time it happens again

Yeh this is for the Bell 212 only. I need the the one for the Bell 412

I think its the same file.

 

I out of my PC now but you can check it easily.

Tack on skin of the 412 that came with the model and open is Top.dds file and see the way it’s organized:)

Just open the file AB-412_TopTx.dds in photoshop or gimp and make your change.

Did you make sure you added the appropriate customs args definition into your livery description file?

To hide the gun pylons, I strongly recommend to make use of EightBalls "PylonsOff" Livery method:

yes I use EightBalls "PylonsOff" Livery method

EightBall's method doesn't work if you then after reselect one of the AugustaBell options since it reenables "hardpoints".

You have to select the loadouts first and the livery with the customs arg defintion at last. Then it should work.

For how to include the customs args simply check the liveries description files in the package.

You probably:

1. Air-started which doesn't give you the option to do the livery change via crewchief (Pylon-OFF => Your Actual Livery)

2. Set it to fly as an AI (an update broke this feature of the mod and now the AI always has hardpoints)

This was discussed above, incl. solution...however, after installing upgrade 2.9 I cannot remove hardpints anymore after installing payload and livery with custom args set, in ME it appears ok but not in game.

Does anybody else have this problem?
