MT dedicated server (local)

Hi all,

I would like to install a DCS World dedicated server on my PC.

Since the last update, I normally use the MT version of DCS OpenBeta when launching the game.

What I would like to ask is if it will make sense launch this same MT version when planning to connect to my local dedicated server or not.

Should I expect some performance gains anyway or not ?

From our MT FAQ 

Will the dedicated server also be multithreading?
Currently the dedicated server is ST, work on a MT dedicated server is planned for the future. 
 

So in short for now the server remain Single Threaded

I know that the server remain ST.

My question is in regard of launching the game in ST or MT.

What I mean:

-launching the dedicated server (ST)

- then launching DCS World open.beta...and connecting to the server...should I launch the ST version or MT one ?

You should test which one works for you. You didn't even mention your CPU.

When I connect to online servers I use the MT version and it run very good.

Anyway, I got a threadripper 3960x, a 3090 gpu and 64gb ram.
