Bind the remove body button to something you can press quickly,  like a spare button on the HOTAS or even use voice attack.

If the mouse cursor will make a portion of pilot body become transparent, that would be great.

Just like the flashlight effect, but make pilot body transparent.

I'd prefer moving hands.

Yes, this would be awesome. We've seen more and more inverse kinematics implemented in DCS modules last few years so probably some day we will have moving hands.

I'm not a native english speaker, and I don't live in US, so I could never make voiceattack work reliably. Sometimes it would pick everything instantly, 5 minutes later I had to repeat "Jester" 30 times just to get to the jester menu.

You can train the voice recognition in Windows. They more you do it the better it will become.

Yep, I spent an entire weekend talking to it, then it always worked for 5 minutes, but if I didn't say anything for a while, it broke again and I couldn't even call Jester.
