Normandy 2 costs $9.99 on the ED distribution platform, but is offered for €13.69 on the Steam platform. However, the direct conversion would be €9.00.

Please don't tell me that Steam wants percentages after all, this percentage is for the service Steam provides (distribution, storage, upload volume etc). This service relieves ED. And the customer, however, gets the same product. So where does this extortionate price of +40% come from ?

I realize that this is "only" a small amount in absolute terms. Nevertheless, I find this a bit unfair.

There is an upgrade in steam to $9.9 too. But Normandy 2 is a bit fubar on steam as of now. The upgrade at 9.99 is for those that own both normandy 1 and Channel map. While the one at 14.99 is if you own one of the two ww2  maps.

I believe it might be different things, 9.90 is the Normandy 1 + Channel map owner price tag, 14.90 is the only Normandy 1 OR Channel map price tag. Maybe Steam isn't recognizing the double ownership if you have them both. People is commenting on some Steam issues, I guess it might be it.

I previously had both The Channel and Normandy 1944.
But I'm talking about the price difference between ED Platform ($) and Steam (€).

You should chose Normandy upgrade - there are three options: 1 if you own both for 9.90 and 2 options if you own only normandy 1944 or Channel for 14.9

"In fact, Steam is not responsible for pricing, but the developers and publishers of the game themselves. In this case, it sounds like they decided on a different price outside of Steam.

Unfortunately, our Steam support is not able to adjust this price. We thank you for your understanding."

@BIGNEWY Just the quick question: is this true and buyers via Steam don't get the discount if they own both maps (Normandy 1944 and The Channel)? Anyway, consider the €5 as a donation to the coffee fund, I'm just looking for clarification.

There was an issue with the $9.99 option an steam and it was removed, there are limitations with how steam can assign discount with more then one qualifying product. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your purchase we hope you enjoy for many years.
