Hi,
I was just wondering when the stable version of DCS world will get an update. I get it, I know the testers want to get most of the bugs out of the new updates (which are constantly coming), but I've been patiently waiting for an update of any kind. The last update to the DCS stable version was in December of last year (almost 5 months ago) and the beta version has had 8 updates since then. I know what everyone will say, “get the beta version” but I have a lot of time and modules poured into the stable version. I just feel like the stable version gets forgotten about and I have paid lots of money like others have for DCS modules too. Please know that I am truly appreciative of all the work that goes into this simulator and absolutely Love it!! I Just don’t want the “Stable Simulator pilots” to be forgotten about and would hope that there would be more frequent sable updates.Thank you.

Kind Regards

Either wait for the stable, when it's ready it'll come, nobody forgets about it, or get the beta, your modules will work just fine. Stable is not about frequent updates.

Share the same feeling here, and refresh "Official Updates" a few times a day.

But MT is a major leap and deserves more time to fix the most of bugs. If some of us aren't ready to collaborate with ED for Beta improvement(accept&report bugs with patience), the best respect to team is keeping finger crossed for those won't bother to try with bugs.

Just have a peek now in "Multi-Threading Bug Reports (Temp)". 3.4k posts submitted in a bit more than a month only. Cheers!

When you think about it, it's pretty self-explanatory. The more numerous and the more severe the changes are, the longer it will take to iron out issues before they can advance to stable. That's the nature of the beast.

Stable is a game of patience and beta is a game of adventure (relative to each other).

Stable version is updated once we are happy with Open beta, we will look at feedback from open beta users, and collect the data after the patch.

Stable version updates are less frequent, obviously the goal is to ensure any patch is stable as possible before we update stable version.

As soon as I do have a stable version update date to share I will let you all know

thank you
