Just like mentioned in the "Normandy 2.0 and multithreading performance issue" thread, I want to point out that I find there are too many Trains running around on the map.

On many railroad lines, there are Trains running in rows with only a few kilometers between them.

Seems excessive to me.

In general, there are quite a few of them, yesterday I saw flying on the British side that they were basically driving one after the other, maybe a few kilometers apart. It was a bit thick. But I must also add that this train movement is very cool. The locomotives are nicely made, and the smoke from the chimney can be seen from a distance. Very nice. 👍

This is I think good example.

I counted 23 trains here (a total of two tracks next to each other), it's easy to have an accident if someone slows down 😅

I guess civil traffic setting might put a bit too many of them on the track at the same time. I've got it on "low", so haven't noticed, but maybe rail traffic density should be more "decoupled" from road traffic density on this map?

I think it's a civil traffic issue.

One solution would be to turn civil traffic off, and then place on the map just the trains that you want, where you want and use waypoints to do loops, etc. The only issue with this is that cars will disappear on you as well.

A possible solution for this would be to request a feature from ED to have a second option for Civil Trains or similar so you can choose between the two maybe.

I also have the impression that this massive train attack is more about the GB side.

Yes- it is regional. The French side, spefically from Calais towards Le Havre have few (if any) trains, while GB has huge numbers. Hoping it will be evened out over time.
