fixed F1EE.... Cannot talk to awacs

I cannot talk to Awacs.  the Radios do not transmit.

attach a track file showing the issue, otherwise there is no way to reproduce it.

here is my track file.  My Multiplayer team uses primarily 251.00 for AWACS however for this mission they were using 253.00.   I tried several times to get awacs to answer and they  never did.  I have noticed this has cropped up since the last update.  Nobody can hear me when I call awacs and awacs does not answer.

I flew the CE version today and talked to awacs without issue however the EE version did not work.

This issue with  not being able to talk to AWACS has been resolved since the latest patch
