London optimalization

Over Paris I have more than 72FPS in VR and it runs smooth for me but over London I have 45-66FPS only and stutter (I fly VR only). The difference with fps is huge. Maybe too many details or something like this?

Can you do something with this? Or maybe in Special tab option to turn off some of details to reach the same FPS like over Paris? The surrounding area near London has this problem too.
