WipeUout Posted June 18, 2023 Share Posted June 18, 2023 (edited) Just installed the latest Nvidia driver 536.23 and the annoying random flicker is gone!!! I have been experiencing this flicker in all VR games including DCS. The flicker would happen following rapid head movement but not all the time, impossible to reproduce consistently and very annoying. After flying a few mission in which I always had a them, they are gone! Not sure if it was specific to my setup, anyone had this problem? Still getting a flicker free experience but I also noticed that the shader cache was completely erased after install, this could be the reason I was getting those random flickers. Not sure if the shader cache is erased after each driver update. If that is the case, then this version is the cure to my flickers. recoilfx Posted June 26, 2023 Share Posted June 26, 2023 I don't think the long load time is a Nvidia driver problem (at least not the new version). I'm pretty sure it's a OB problem.
