sedenion Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 (edited) The F1C is basically the same as F1CE with minor changes (Radar Altimeter and decoys dispenser if I well remember), the F1C-200 is the refuelable variant (200 mm longer) of the F1C. Both F1C and F1C-200 should be very easy to adapt from what is done for the F1CE. Edited June 20, 2023 by sedenion 8
jaguara5 Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 (edited) I agree (+100000) though i think that it would require to develop the older scope (at least for the pre C-200 version) and modify accordingly the radar. Only Aerges know if that would be a no go - build from scratch - effort or basically a more ''removing'' some functionality from the existing code ( like TEL, BZ radar modes, MTI filter, include rapid gun instead of SW / gun selection etc) and add some secondary only things work (+ the respective 3D part), that would be way more easy to be developed. And i could also add in the wishlist the CG variant that has some interesting features (like 4 SW, ALR-66 rwr, altitude alert system). Edited June 21, 2023 by jaguara5 3
Bremspropeller Posted June 21, 2023 Posted June 21, 2023 (edited) There should be no RA on the straight C and C-200 IIRC. But I'm all for those C/C-200, CG and CZ variants. The more the merrier. Not sure abot the CJ (Jordan), but the CH (Morocco) was already a good deal more advanced (doppler) to be considered broadly similar to the CE. The JA also had four heaters (Python 3 on the outboard wing-stations, Magics on the tips), but that variant is closer to the E and CH. Edited June 21, 2023 by Bremspropeller So ein Feuerball, JUNGE!

zerO_crash Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 (edited) @Vibora Just curious, and asking this without any commitments being made: would a French F1C be of interest for you, even as a separate purchase from the Spanish F1s? The Spanish F1s are fantastic, adding original French ones would open a whole new spectrum of missions and scenarios for this fantastic aircraft. Vibora Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Sure, but, even if it'd be as a separate purchase, we first need to finish what we have in hand. Can't promise anything anyway. We already have three variants, and it will be four when F1 M may be releaed, while other modules usually offer just one. 3 1 Roberto "Vibora" Seoane Alas Rojas [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
zerO_crash Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Thanks for chiming in Vibora, I appreciate it! Absolutely, take your time, and of course decide whether this would be of interest to you. I know there are many requests with regards to other variants of F1. The main reason why I ask specifically about the French C variant, is because it seems that the module is practically designed today with the F1CE. As I understand it, there are practically no changes to be made, other than a few aesthetic ones. There is something neat about having an aircraft made in an original variant used by the country which developed it (France). Great work so far on the current Mirages, both in quality and commitment. Keep at it, we'll see what the time brings! 2 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
