correct as is Apache CMWS functioning correctly?

Hi ED,

My Apache starts ejecting flares whenever anyone anywhere near me (even in front of me) launches a missile (away from me, not towards me).

I have experience with a system similar to this when I worked on air force weapons systems for 15 years, and the system only panics when objects are coming for you, not running away from you   

Is this a bug that is being worked on, or is the Apache CMWS just a bit too sensitive for its own good?

I thought that CMWS, at least older version, can just recognize missile launch, not where it is going to?
