fixed Tornado aircraft taxi with wings folded

IRL Tornado aircraft did/do not do this.  Even when parked the wings are forward (including in a HAS).

Current implementation has Tornado taxi to the runway with wings folded back.  Wings only come forward when the aircraft has entered the runway.  If possible please change this behavior so the aircraft start and taxi with wings forward and only sweep wings when airborne and past the correct speed.

Then in that case, when my wingman calls bingo -- then ejects.  Baffling AI tasking.  Weapon effectiveness.  A LIVING environment instead of just a sandbox.  Early release and beta modules staying in such status for YEARS!  Game breaking bugs.  Inefficient mod management...

Yup.  it's all in the details.

If you have nothing useful to add to a specific report, please do not respond. All valid bugs will be looked at, yes even this one. It might not be important to you, but to someone else it might be.
